Support BEATS by organising a sponsored event; perhaps a cycle ride, running, swimming, singing, dancing – or even a silence! Fundraising platforms like GoFundMe make it easy to collect funds for doing something exceptional.

BEATS is a small charity, with no employees. Trustees work voluntarily. There are no ‘middle-men’ between BEATS and our Indonesian partners. This means that 100%* of the sponsorship money is transferred directly to our partners.

BEATS maintains a close and personal relationship between its supporters and projects, so that groups and individuals are able to choose to support people and projects to which they can relate.

Please note that BEATS will always strive to ensure that donations are used as requested, but reserve the right to allocate them elsewhere should circumstances dictate.

If you have no preferences, and are happy for BEATS to allocate your donations, you can be sure that your money will used effectively for the education and support of the children and their carers.

For Cheque Donations please make payable to ‘BEATS’ (in UK Sterling only) and send to: BEATS. 47 Arnold Way, Bosham. PO18 8NJ. England. Write on the back of the cheque if you wish your donation to go towards a specific purpose and enclose your contact details, preferably email. If you pay tax please download and complete a PDF gift aid declaration form, or download as a word document which will allow us to claim an extra 25% from the government. Enclose the completed form with your gift. Thank you.

Ways to help

Give (a) regularly or (b) by one off donation

1. Sponsor a child, from £5 per month. Look at our Sponsor a Child page, choose a child and Contact Us

2. Sponsor a University Student, from £5 per month. As in so many countries today, further education enables a young person to access a much wider range of opportunities for the future. This often enables them to provide financial support for their wider family and so the benefit of this education hopefully goes beyond the individual, supporting others and the communities in which they live.  Contact Us

3. Support our new Ambon or North Sumatra projects, which are giving people a new home to replace those destroyed, or providing micro loans so that people can once more have the dignity of being able to provide for themselves and their families. Contact Us

4. Give to our General Fund. This can be used to support staff in the children's homes, and also to fund purchases of equipment and other necessities. Contact Us
